Community Bank opens Hernando branch

Bank held its Grand Opening ceremony on September 18 for
their new classically-styled, 7,000 square-foot Hernando
bank home.
The grand opening celebration at the new facility, located
at 475 E. Commerce featured free Hernando-themed gifts and
refreshments throughout the day. The Hernando Historical
Society also had a booth set up, complete with Hernando
DeSoto himself.
Colie Sanford, Vice President of Community Bank, and bank
staff members have been operating out of the new facility
for three weeks. “Since we opened the new facility,
the response has been outstanding,” says Sanford.
“We think our new bank home is a great addition to
an already great community. We wanted Hernando to know we
were here to stay.”
The new bank facility will house ten staff members, feature
four teller windows, three drive-thru lanes and an exterior
24-hour drive-up ATM.
